Lindenhof cows are completely grass-fed from start to finish. Every day, cows are moved to a fresh plot of grass/clover pasture, and in the winter they eat the stored forage which we harvest throughout the summer. With our methods of rotational grazing, Lindenhof cattle actually improve our land—their foraging stimulates new growth of pasture plants, and their manure deposits help sequester carbon, feed soil biology, and build the fertility of our fields for future generations.
